Best Impressions Caterers is the exclusive caterer for Byron’s South End and the Design Center Atrium.

What is the maximum Capacity of Byron’s South End for seated receptions?
The capacity for seated receptions at Byron's South End is 296 guests.
Will someone be On~Site during my event?
Yes, Byron’s South End has a very strong team of knowledgeable managers that will be on~site throughout your event.
Can we bring in our own alcohol?
Best Impressions is licensed through the North Carolina Alcohol Beverage Commission to provide all alcohol. We also carry all necessary liability insurance. There are different alcohol packages to best suit the needs of your specific event.
Are there Decoration Guidelines?
Please inquire with our sales associates regarding rental guidelines.
What vendors are we allowed to bring into Byron’s South End?
Cake, Florist, Entertainment, Photographer, Videographer
Do you have recommendations of vendors we could use?
Yes, please inquire with our staff.
How long will we be able to use Byron’s South End?
The typical rental is for 4 hours but may be extended upon request.
How long prior to the reception can we set-up?
2 hours prior to your event. If additional time is needed please inquire with our staff.
What are parking arrangements?
Parking is available on~site and is included with your room rental.
Is there a Cake Cutting Fee?
No, Byron’s South End staff will cut, and serve the cake at no charge.
Do you have the ability to hold our Ceremony on~site as well?
Yes, The Design Center Courtyard and Atrium are great venues for ceremonies.
Is there an additional charge to use the Courtyard?
